2019 Mexico Medical trip

There were over 40 people from 10 different partnering churches in North America on this trip – 5 from the USA, 3 from Canada and 2 from Mexico.

The temperatures were very high and fewer people than expected came to the clinic. There was also a government advisory to stay indoors during the hottest part of the day.

Nevertheless, many people came to the free clinic and received consultation and medicine from 3 doctors. The team included many nurses and medical assistants.

Teams went door to door to invite people to the clinic, pray for the sick and preach the gospel.
There was a prayer team available throughout the day and we saw a number of amazing healings take place.
Teams visited 3 rehab centres where medical teams saw and treated people and we were given opportunity to share testimonies and pray for many addicts.
The church we partnered with is presently the only one allowed into the local state hospital. Teams of 6 men and 4 women were allowed in to pray for patients in wards. The rest of the team handed out sandwiches to people waiting outside and shared the love of Jesus with people.
We saw over 30 salvations, many healed and many more treated and even more gospel seeds deposited. And in all of this we partner with the local churches so that we can see people become disciples of Jesus and plugged into a local body.
What a privilege to serve and love the nations next door with the power of the Gospel!
